Galapagos Legend comments
Dear Laura, Thank you for arranging our tour on the Legend, which was wonderful and included a close up of the volcano eruption. The staff and facilities were excellent. Roberto your guide was 1st class, He had already been extremely helpful and then again when we discovered our flight home was cancelled and ensured everything was done to get another flight. Please thank him again. My wife and I would also like to thank your company for paying for an extra night at the Grand Hotel following our delay, that was much appreciated as we had to pay over $3000 for extra tickets to get home. American Airlines could not give us a reschuduled flight for 7days and we got on Lan Air in 2 days. Thank you for informing us that AA had improved there flight to 3 days but we had already purchased the othet tickets. We are still unsure if we will get any refund or any recompense from them. Thank you again for your attention and service.

The Galapagos islands were truly beautiful and well worth coming back. I am thinking of organising a family gathering to come out and charter a boat in two years´ time. I have quite a few nephews who like snorkelling and diving.
